9.30am - 12.00pm, Zero Degrees Microbrewery Restaurant, 29-31 Montpelier Vale, Blackheath SE3 0TJ

Arrival from 9.20am. Take a few quiet moments to settle in with fresh mint tea and water, while gently connecting with the space and others.

9:30am – Breathwork. Please bring a yoga mat, a cushion or bolster & a light blanket for comfort

11am - Post Session Nourishing Brunch. After your practice, enjoy a carefully prepared brunch in the Secret Garden. Expect fresh, wholesome dishes such as avocado, Italian eggs, brunch pizza boards, and vibrant juices and smoothies designed to nourish your body. A goodie bag is included.

Price: £38 (includes breathwork session, brunch and goodie bag). Booking is essential.

2.30 - 5.30pm, Quaker Meeting House, Blackheath, London

Join us at the beautifully light and bright Quaker Meeting House for a lovely afternoon of breathwork and tote bag painting - no experience necessary. Just bring a yoga mat, a blanket and a cushion for your legs.

Tote bag (selection of designs available), fabric pencils, light bites and refreshments all included. The bags can be machine washed and re-used.

£50.00 (+ booking fee). Booking is essential.
