Join us for an after work breathwork session at the beautiful Mycenae House in Blackheath. Guiding you into the space between wakefulness and sleep, and into a state of recovery and balance. Just bring a yoga mat, a blanket and a bolster (cushion or similar) for your legs.

Join us at the beautifully light and bright Quaker Meeting House for a lovely afternoon of breathwork and tote bag painting - no experience necessary. Just bring a yoga mat, a blanket and a cushion for your legs.

Tote bag (selection of designs available), fabric pencils, light bites and refreshments all included. The bags can be machine washed and re-used.

£50.00 (+ booking fee). Booking is essential.
