Need to Know

Breathwork tick list:

✔️ BRING A YOGA MAT (unless the event states that mats are available).

✔️ Avoid eating and drinking anything (other than water) for 2 hours before the session.

✔️ Bring blankets to cover yourself in case you get cold. We’re working with the nervous system so feeling hot or cold is common.

✔️ Please bring an eye mask.

✔️ Wear comfortable, loose fitting clothes (layers are advised).

✔️ Bring a pillow or two to put under your legs for comfort.

✔️ Bring a bottle of water.

✔️ lip balm helps to prevent dry lips when breathing through the mouth.

✔️ Session will start as advertised and, due to the nature of the session, latecomers will be unable to join.

✔️ 7 day cancellation policy.

Breathwork Waiver, Release of Liability and Assumption of Risk

Breathwork is not suitable for individuals with a personal or family history of mental illness, seizure disorders, those taking psychiatric medication, or those with cardiovascular conditions, heart disease, high blood pressure (if not controlled by meds), glaucoma, recent surgeries, or pregnancy. Asthma is not a contraindication but please bring your inhaler if you do suffer from it.



 

Breathwork is an alternative healing practice and is not a substitute for medical or psychological care. Any advice provided is not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical conditions. 

You are required to consult with your healthcare provider regarding your health and any conditions that may affect your participation in breathwork.

You are responsible for monitoring your own physical, emotional, and mental well-being during breathwork. You agree to inform Annie Nilåker of any discomfort or adverse reactions during the session.

 

I, Participant, acknowledge that I am voluntarily participating in a Bionic Breathwork session and I understand that Bionic Breathwork involves deep breathing and breath manipulation techniques that may have physical, emotional, and mental effects.

 


By booking a Breathwork Session with Annie, I confirm that I am physically and mentally fit to participate. I certify that no medical conditions prevent me from safely engaging in the activities described.

 

I release Annie Nilaker, and any persons associated with the Bionic Breathwork session, from any claims, demands, and liability arising out of or in connection with my participation in the session. I agree to assume full responsibility for any risks, injuries, or damages that may occur as a result of my participation in the session.

 

I have read and understand the terms of this waiver and acknowledge that by agreeing by booking a session, I am waiving certain legal rights. I am accepting this waiver voluntarily and of my own free will.
